New clients are alway welcome! Your first appointment usually occurs within one week, and I can see people weekly if needed. How do I do this? I flex my availability; this includes what days I work, and what hours I work. Caveat; in order to maintain my own positive mental health my availability during evenings is very limited. I tend to not work on Fridays, and only for emergencies on weekends. If I sense that I will not be able to help you, I will tell you. Knowing my own strengths and limitations is healthy and very important to me. All services are provided LIVE (HIPAA)audio/visual link; including EMDR. , I have 40+ years of therapist experience, and also sat in the client seat weekly during a 36 month postgrad training externship. Most problems improve with changes in thinking, healthier boundaries, and techniques like CBT, EMDR, ACT, or behavioral approaches.
