" My name is Lynn Steinhart, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with clients all over Florida via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in Substance Abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life stress. I believe in a holistic approach tapered to the clients needs. I believe in a holistic approach, embracing mind, body, and spirit. I create a safe environment in hopes of having you feel relaxed and willing to address your needs. I have worked with addictions and process addictions using CBT, Mindfulness, Client-centered, Trauma-informed, Solution Focused, and DBT. ", I will help you uncover root sources and give usable coping tools for daily life. Therapy takes place within a non-judgmental environment characterized by acceptance and empathy.
