I work nonjudgmentally with a client to establish a feeling of empowerment and courage to change their life. I lead a client to greater optimism, clarity and action by working through fears, shame, self defeating thinking. Goals include developing acceptance for self, an action plan for change with openness to new possibilities leading to being self approving. , Life is full of stress from many sources which take a toll on our body and way of thinking. I can help teach you strategies for well being while increasing your understanding for how you got here. , " Its time to start practicing living with a whole heart, diminishing the role of ego which creates resistance, and tap into your ability to move beyond your perceived limitations.
