About Us

Within each precious life, change is not only possible but inevitable. We can’t always avoid adversity, but we can always choose our response to it, and it is within this choice that we can find the potential for growth and freedom. Therapy allows us to pause, step back, reassess the situation we are facing, and finally to move in the direction of self-care, fulfillment and joy. My decades of teaching and practicing yoga/meditation have profoundly informed my therapeutic approach, allowing me to draw on a blend of Eastern mindfulness and Western cognitive psychology. , I specialize in traditional talk therapy. Depression and anxiety are my particular areas of expertise. I have received specialized training in Hypnotherapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and evidence-based mind-body techniques, including breathing exercises and guided relaxation. I also offer help with body and diet challenges through Mindfulness techniques. , My first priority is to listen deeply and come to a real understanding of the struggles you are facing, so that our work together can be a true collaboration.
