Working with clients to help them explore their individual circumstances, recognize patterns of behavior that are no longer serving them well, and develop practical strategies for making positive changes is one of the most rewarding experiences. I am passionate about providing support to clients who are struggling with various aspects of their lives including trauma, relationships, adjusting to life changes , In addition to offering traditional forms of talk therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based therapies, I also provide integrative approaches to help clients explore their inner world and parts of self.
