Whether your needs involve coping with depression, anxiety, or trauma; childhood issues, work-related issues, relationship issues, or family issues; or you or someone you are/have been involved with is/has struggled with a substance use issue, I am willing to help you discover your personal goals, strategize a plan for meeting those goals, and to guide you along the path you are cutting. I enjoy working with individuals who have a strong desire to identify complex areas or situations in their own lives that they would like to re-evaluate. Working with individuals, couples, and families, I offer a compassionate relationship, allowing you to explore & express your needs, develop steps toward your needs, and fortify resilience, support system, & strategies. , I know how difficult and complicated life can be sometimes. We can feel more alone than we are; during these times, I want you to remember that I am available for an appointment or a brief message.
