I would love to celebrate your accomplishments, encourage you to be courageous, and sit with you during the darkest moments when struggles come. My motivation as a therapist comes from my deep desire to provide a secure & compassionate relationship for you to experience emotional safety in order to allow healthy vulnerability in a therapeutic setting. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and believe highly in this technique to decrease distress. , I am currently specializing in working with teens (13 y/o +) and adults. I have experience working in the world of child welfare, with at-risk youth, and with the homeless population. I have worked with clients who have stories of heartbreaking trauma (spiritual, physical, emotional), relational wounding, and deep mental health burdens. , Entering a counseling room can feel scary.. there can be so many unknowns & even uncertainty with what to expect from yourself.
