I help individuals, couples and families who are struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, trauma or relationship issues. I will help you to gain the new perspective you need to get the job done. After working with me you will feel enlightened and ready to face your day to day life with optimism. , I can help you by offering you a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space to sort through your thoughts and feelings. Let me guide you through a collaborative process and show you how therapy can work for you! , I decided to go back to school and get my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy after having a life changing experience with my own counselor.
