About Us

Hi! My name is Krystle McGrady and I am a LCSW and Qualified Supervisor specializing in supporting youth and adults in processing changes throughout life and chronic/acute illness. Having a background in the medical field and school systems, I am well acquainted with the struggles of maintaining the requests of others and managing a sense of order in our own lives. If you are a working professional, a healthcare professional or a person struggling with the unexpected in life, I would be honored to meet with you. I believe one of the bravest things we can do it take the first step to tell our story. And I’m excited to support yours. , The “traditional office” approach is not one that I use. We have the option of meeting in an outdoor environment, in places like the beach or a park. And there is always the option to meet in a virtual office setting. I believe therapy can and should have a place in our everyday lives. I am trained in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and trauma informed approaches. , People come to me looking for someone who can be with their pain, fears, and joys while working to create stability within the chaos. To make sense of challenging life decisions and the unknown is scary and I will support you in getting curious about the thoughts, emotions and experiences you have along the way. We may even find laughter in the journey!
