I offer supportive therapy for teens and adults so they can get a better handle on life, work through any crisis they’re dealing with, and learn to thrive. I treat people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression or relationships. I also have experience working with military families at all stages. We can focus on any goals that are important to you, ranging from overcoming symptoms to dealing with difficult life situations. , I’m not here to judge. I provide a safe place where you can open up and express your authentic thoughts and feelings. I offer multiple types of therapies, depending on your needs and situation. I’m trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), which we can use if needed. It’s shown to be effective when other approaches don’t work. , You may not be able to overcome every problem in life. However, you can decrease your symptoms and learn to cope more easily.
