You are choosing to work on yourself, good! For over 20 years I have had the privilege of working interactively to assist and support in developing emotional strength, clarity, and confidence and to resolve issues that stand in the way of a creative, energetic, and positive life. Whether stuck, fearful, overwhelmed, dissatisfied, lonely, disappointed, depressed, anxious, or traumatized- we can work together to release negative energy, create understanding and peace. As in working a 12 step program, the work of reconnecting to self leads to deeper and stronger connections with others, as fears and worry are met with and dissipated. , I have trained in many methods and philosophies- all embody some truths. Though principally cognitive, I mix approaches as situations arise, working with each individual to find possibility together. Of course, comfort level and sense of a good fit is the most important criteria for choosing a therapist, so I invite a phone or video chat so we can find out! , My extensive arts and business background keeps me aware of the issues and needs of creative people and the pressures of the workplace. Interpersonal office stress, career transition planning, or blocks in creativity or profession are intense areas for strategic exploration, and these frequently mirror patterns found in the rest of life, a double benefit!
