Have you ever felt overwhelmed by life\s demands, struggling to sleep due to responsibilities and emotional turmoil? I offer individual counseling and Brainspotting to help clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and assist in establishing a roadmap towards self-awareness, growth, and positive change. I work alongside clients to explore challenges, set goals, and develop strategies for positive change. I have 10 years in community mental health and in private practice, and work with teenagers and adults. , I will use theoretical orientations, including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I recognize that each client possesses unique needs and objectives. Through collaborative efforts, I work alongside clients to explore challenges, set goals, and develop strategies for positive change. , " As a married mother of two biological children and two adult bonus children, all boys, my family shares a deep love for animals.
