My approach to therapy is to combine the science of human behavior with the logic of mental health to form unique approaches for wellness, healing or change.I’m , Areas that I feel most effective are treating and healing from trauma, decreasing and eliminating anxiety, working with children through adulthood, parenting challenges and offering problem solving via behavior strategies. , Starting therapy can be intimidating, scary or exciting. Sharing your thoughts, feelings with someone new has its own set of challenges. I do my best to keep that in mind with every new person I meet and so when we meet remember that there is no right way to start therapy… The step to start is the right way right there.
