So, whether you are a therapy veteran or a newbie, you are a courageous human for taking this step and I am elated that you are here. I don’t believe that there is a “one size fits all.” I am a very person centered therapist who incorporates several approaches and techniques that align best with the client in front of me. , I love to empower and challenge my clients, often exploring unique and creative pathways to desired goals. I particularly love working with teens and adults who are looking for a safe space to be their authentic selves and feel heard and understood.
