About Us

When working with clients, I am dedicated to finding what works to make their day to day life as meaningful as possible. Life nowadays seems to move so fast with social media, technology, and poor self-care; and these can create a constant sense of not feeling good enough, or feeling stuck in our same routines. While many days can feel stressful or even hopeless, I believe that creating an authentic sense of self can greatly increase our self-worth and self-esteem in the world. These factors increase resilience which help us to face whatever challenges come our way in life. , My specialties include teens, young adults, career planning, life changes, LGBTQ+ community, grief, depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, self-esteem, and identity. I am passionate about helping each client no matter where they are at in life, and working collaboratively with them to reach any goals they may have. , Coming to see a counselor/therapist for the first time can be intimidating. I pride myself on being able to build relationships with clients quickly and create an atmosphere of openness, understanding, and non-judgment. Whatever the reason for seeking counseling, it is important. I hope to be the counselor to work alongside you to bring positive change.
