I approach therapy in a manner that will assist you to heal the wounds of your past, and deal with the issues of the present in a warm, nurturing, and non-judgmental manner. Im a qualified clinical supervisor, and a certified EMDR therapist, with 20 years of experience working with many types of disorders. However, my areas of expertise are ADHD and learning differences, PTSD, dissociative disorders, chronic illness, family/relationship problems, anxiety, and depression. ", I offer telehealth through a HIPAA compliant video platform. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodrama based methods, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, & Clinical Hypnosis. By utilizing these techniques, I hope to enable you to have better control over your emotions. , I also provide ADHD coaching which helps those with attention/executive functioning deficits learn to compensate in the areas where there might be challenges such as time management, organization, and emotional regulation.
