My practice involves helping people navigate the challenges life presents us. I am committed to empowering clients to find their strengths, see possibilities and achieve their goals. Drawing on over 30 years of experience, I strive to help people create healthy relationships, manage stress, cope with grief, overcome anxiety, trauma and depression (including postpartum) as well as achieve personal, career and spiritual growth.
