Seeking support from a stranger, despite their credentials, and embracing the therapy process is not always easy. This is why I strive to create a warm, safe, and sometimes humorous, space to build a trusting therapeutic relationship that will facilitate change and personal growth. I aim to have an open-mind and be non-judgmental in my approach. As such, I welcome individuals from different backgrounds and demographics. I identify as an LGBTQIA+ ally, have a passion for providing culturally sensitive treatment, and welcome Spanish-Speaking individuals. , I specialize in working with pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults. My treatment specialties include chronic medical illness, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions. I am trained in various treatment modalities, such as person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. , Taking such a big step to improve your mental health and general wellbeing is a difficult process, regardless of where you are on this journey.
