Are you struggling or confused, does the rate of change in the world have you wondering how you will be able to keep up. Do you feel inadequate, isolated, addicted or not living to your full potential, I don’t have all the answers, and no one does. What I do have is 15 years of experience supporting change. I’m compassionate and honest, and along with your desire for change, i can reflect a mirror at you from a different perspective to adjust your trajectory. My ideal client would be someone who is willing to not feel afraid to feel vulnerable and is open to new ideas for healing and sobriety. , I use a combination of contextualized strength based practice and a holistic approach to assist clients find what could work for their individual needs. I work with the client in a non-judgmental, empathetic way in order to meet the clients where they are at. , I have over 15 years of working in the addiction field in different roles and offer counseling in both English and Spanish. As a Certified Addictions Professional I have experience with Addiction Counseling with Dual Diagnosed teens and adults, anger management, depression, anxiety and troubled teens in both English and Spanish and on the ASD spectrum.
