Hello, I am a holistic therapist with a background in mental health, addiction, and spirituality. My favorite modality to facilitate is EMDR paired with energy work. I have a passion to integrate creativity, spiritual exploration, sensory modalities, and movement into sessions. Through the use of sound/music, light/color frequencies, laughter, yoga, and mindfulness, I help clients tap into their highest self. I provide counseling solutions to individuals, couples, families, and groups struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment disorder, and addiction. , I specialize in EMDR, CBT, EFT Tapping, Positive Psychology, Reiki, Meditation, Jungian Psychotherapy, Human Design, Trauma informed Yoga, and Technology Addiction.
