I believe that our unique relationships and life experiences have a powerful impact on who we are and how we experience the world. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental and involves working as a team with my clients to overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. I work with clients experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, relational distress, and adjustment to life changes. , I am trained to use a blend of approaches including EMDR therapy, a highly effective treatment to help clients process distressing events and move toward lasting relief. As a certified SYMBIS facilitator, I also provide premarital and marriage counseling. I enjoy incorporating Christian counseling for those who want their faith to be part of our sessions. , I work with individual adults and adolescents, as well as families and couples seeking support.
