About Us

I am a Licensed Therapist specializing in children and families with over 10 years of clinical experience! I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. My areas of focus are ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, Parenting support, life adjustments (children/adults coping with divorce, transitioning to middle school/HS/collage, grief/loss, etc. ) stress management, Narcissistic abuse, healthy relationship/communication skills and more! My passion is empowering others throughout their life journey! I am here to Listen, support you, encourage you and teach you the tools you need to help you live your best life! I am EMDR trained! , I believe in meeting my clients where they are, identifying barriers that are keeping them from reaching their full potential and working with them to reach their goals. I work from a variety of therapeutic approaches to fit my client’s unique needs. My hope is for clients to feel safe, understood and empowered as they journey down the road of self-discovery , Do you feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, or just stressed out? We ALL feel that way at times! For some of us those feelings occur more often then not. This can affect our physical/mental health, our relationships with others and even our ability to function at work, school, home and/or in daily life. You are NOT Alone!
