About Us

My name is Jennifer Cerron and I am an Independent contract Clinician at Genesis Counseling with locations in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Coral Springs, as well as virtually throughout the state. I have developed a wide skill set of therapeutic approaches and techniques, and tailor my approach to be client-specific and eclectic. I have honed the benefits of blending clinical, holistic and creative aspects into my therapeutic approach. I combine aspects of play therapy, art therapy techniques, child-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and others I specializes in working with children and teens. , Common issues I treat in therapy include anxiety, depression, family issues, self-esteem and social skills. My role is to connect with your child through the process of creativity and engaging in exploration and observation of emerging patterns. This process will give visibility into multiple realities and unspoken hardships. , My therapeutic stance is one of genuine, empathy, adaptability and commitment. My goal is to channel change through insight, problem solving and reframing of cognitive distortions to bring about a greater mental well being.
