From children to adults, I have unique, hands-on activities to better engage the brain to create thought-provoking and insightful interactions. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and flourish, utilizing the strength found within themselves. I aid in that strength with curiosity, compassion, and connection in the therapeutic process. I have experience working with concerns of trauma, behavioral issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and circumstances that affect diverse populations. , I utilize a person-centered approach when working with clients, operating from a place of empathy, openness, and understanding. I have certification in Play and Creativity in Counseling, and have trained in sand tray therapy and utilizing expressive arts.
