About Us

I see clients through my private practice—Inner Lane Therapy, LLC—and treat individuals affected by a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, family dynamic issues, relationship issues, racism and discrimination, geriatric/end-of-life issues, and parenting issues. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds and am comfortable attending to the unique challenges that surface at different life stages. I am keen to the stressors that affect adults in high pressure jobs such as healthcare workers, those in academic roles, and individuals in leadership roles. , My overall therapeutic approach is integrative with a focus on CBT as it can be applied in many settings. I strive to create an open environment where clients can speak freely about their struggles with the assurance that this information will be received with compassion. , I am empathic, reflective, and nonjudgmental, and I focus on abilities and strengths as a tool for healing and empowerment. The goal of therapy is to empower you to become the best version of yourself through hard work and consistency, and I am confident that we can accomplish that together.
