About Us

I am so happy that you are here, as I know it is not always easy to seek help when you are experiencing difficulties coping with life stressors/challenges. I have dedicated more than half of my life in serving others in the mental health field. I believe that our shared humanity allows for a non-judgemental, warm and supportive approach to my practice. I am here to serve as a guide in your therapeutic journey in managing depression, anxiety, traumas, your child’s behaviors, current life stressors or need of a life coach. I am here to help you to heal and to empower. My goal is to assist in reaching balance, stability and autonomy. , I have 27 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I provide individual, family therapy and life coaching skills. I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD and mood disorders. I am a seasoned clinician, conducting years of comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning and providing treatment. , I utilize a holistic and humanistic approach to treatment, in my practice. I integrate my experience, education, training, and help accessing community resources into my work. I am trained in and implement EBP (evidenced based practice) treatment modalities.
