About Us

As a bilingual (Spanish/English) doctoral psychologist specializing in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Executive Functioning Training for teens and adults, I am here to work with you through obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, anxiety disorders, panic, and mild to moderate depression symptoms. I also offer comprehensive Autism (ADOS 2 & ADI R), ADHD, Dyslexia, other Learning Disability, and general psychological testing for ages 4 to adults. We will work together to understand the roots of your concerns and the way forward. , I specialize in diagnosing and treating OCD, panic, anxiety disorders, and Neurodevelopmental differences, such as learning disabilities, ADHD, and executive functioning issues. I specialize in different forms of exposure therapies. I strive to provide a safe environment for all, informed by cultural humility and person-centered and science-based practice. , We have all experienced pain at some point in life, and I respectfully relate to experiences of discrimination, grief/loss, identity exploration, career exploration, and workplace stress. Through that understanding and science-based practice, I aim to connect with each person deeply while facilitating a space for growth, awareness, and action.
