About Us
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified addiction counselor. I help clients improve their quality of life by developing a healthy relationship with themselves and others. Also, I help clients identify and develop coping skills that generate change so they can learn to cope with difficulties one small step and one moment at a time. I believe that every person can learn and grow from challenges they face on their life journey. I see therapy for my clients as a journey that helps them learn about themselves on a deeper level. , My training in hypnosis and certification as a yoga instructor allow me to combine therapy sessions with ancient Eastern philosophy and practices, including mindfulness, breathing exercises, relaxation, visualization, meditation, yoga asanas, and self hypnosis. Also, I have a specialization in medical family therapy. In addition, I wrote my dissertation on open adoption with older children. , I can accommodate you with evening and weekend appointments.
