About Us

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) psychotherapist born and raised in Florida. My experience extends for over 10 years. People who work with me tend to like exploring and understanding themselves more deeply, not just being heard, but guided. Previous to being a crisis counselor, I also held executive level positions affording me the expertise to offer insight in achieving a work/life balance, professional development and building resiliency to help people become smarter, stronger, better versions of themselves. Skilled in mental health performance, I enjoy helping high achievers, corporate executives, adults and teens who are dealing with burnout or grief, job/school stress, anxiety, workplace or relationship conflicts, infidelity, career performance, or with those simply wanting to reinvent themselves. , In addition, I am also qualified by the Department of Transportation and School Board to work with public and private, safety sensitive employees as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), and complete substance abuse evaluations for the Return to Duty process.
