I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions and seeking to find flow and peace in their lives. I love to help college students with self exploration and growth into their highest selves. Many of my clients come to me in crisis, depressed, anxious, struggling with self worth and self esteem due to harmful relationship, familial, greif and life experiences. Together, we will integrate the mind, body, and spirit, assisting you in showing up for yourself, powerfully, and with intention so that you can step into your most aligned self. , I intuitively combine my clinical expertise with energy therapy to treat the biological, cognitive, social, ecological and spiritual dimensions of life in one unified experience. I aim to empower and amplify the client to live their most inspired life processing and transmuting their pain, stepping into an intentional life free from fear. , I provide therapeutic care grounded in compassion, understanding and empathy.
