In my work with individuals, I embrace a philosophy that helps people explore their past experiences in order to better understand their present day ones. Additionally, because I believe God to be the source of all things; healing and hope included, I will utilize a faith-based approach in session if desired by prospective clients. , I am an EMDR Certified Therapist; EMDR is a therapy model focused on resolution of trauma.
