About Us

Do you ever wonder why you feel the way you do, or why certain situations trigger intense reactions? Why you have wounds or beliefs you can’t move past? I have a strong passion for helping individuals who struggle with impacts of childhood trauma- be it attachment wounds, but also self worth. I also love helping others create a strong sense of confidence and identity in who they are. In our time together we will work hard to target core wounded beliefs as well as identifying/replacing the not so helpful coping tools and behaviors that have developed as a result of the trauma or life experiences. , Specialties: trauma/childhood emotional neglect, identity/attachment. I use CBT, which looks at thoughts/feelings/behaviors, narrative therapy which considers the story we tell ourselves and attachment theory. I am a certified SYMBIS premarital facilitator and Accelerated Resolution Therapy trained to address trauma and deep wounding. , My compassion, attentiveness, and regard for you will help provide a feeling of love, trust and safety. I strongly believe that getting outside your comfort zone is key to seeing the changes you want in your life.
