Life can be like the weather. Some days are blue skies and sunshine, and other days are stormy. Sometimes the storms stick around for a little longer than wanted or expected, and they start to impact important areas of your life. Weather can especially be unpredictable, and can affect you in a way where it feels like the rug was pulled out under your feet. While we cannot control the weather, I recognize that it can be exhausting, depressing, and anxiety-provoking. My goal is to help you recognize your resiliency and learn to navigate these events together. View 6 Photos, I am passionate about supporting teens and adults impacted by sudden or traumatic loss, navigating grief, or want to learn how to cope with breakups or divorce. I also provide couples therapy using an emotion-focused therapeutic approach, and help those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other interpersonal concerns. , Our individual stories and identities are unique, and I strive to honor them with culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed approaches during the therapeutic process.
