I work specifically with troubled teens, difficult marriages or relationships as well as painful issues such as depression, anxiety,anger,abuse,codependency,OCD,dissociative problems,ADHD,PTSD and spiritual confusion. My approach is very positive, affirming and designed to address the individuals personality accepting them where they are, with the goal of achieving what they desire. I use a combination of cognitive restructuring,behavioral changes, emotional healing and spiritual renewal if one so desires. I am able to connect well with most of my clients helping them feel comfortable. , I have published a therapeutic game called "Talk it Out" for adolescents as well as written a workbook to help teens reach their full potential. I have also written books on relationships issues, spiritual matters and Dissociative Identity Disorder. I am also certified as a Life Coach.
