About Us

I provide creative, gender-affirming therapy for queer and trans clients, as well as short-term solution focused therapy for partners and family members to process a loved one’s coming out. Clients come to me for a lot of reasons— they’re questioning their gender identity, struggling with the coming out process, or looking to learn more about how to support someone they love. Sometimes they have past traumas that are getting in the way of feeling secure, safe, and authentic. Or they want some strategies for managing anxiety or depression. No matter what brings you here, welcome. , I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral and somatic approaches to partner with and empower you. In each of our sessions, we’ll check in about your emotions, goals, challenges, and successes. Together we will practice techniques to explore emotions and identity, manage anxiety, set boundaries, and help you live your most whole, authentic life. , Perhaps you’ve been taught not to talk about feelings, or you’ve had negative experiences with homophobic or transphobic therapists in the past.
