I am a positive therapist who bases my practice on a warm and caring approach. I strongly believe that in order for therapy to be effective, you should feel a genuine authentic connection and sense of trust through your therapeutic work. , I strive to support individuals in obtaining a sense of understanding of themselves, how they evolved into the individuals they are and acquire effective coping skills to reach their highest potential. When we understand where we have been and what we have been through, we can then feel empowered to take ourselves where we want to go . , My goal as a therapist is for the patient to manifest overall wellness in their lives, which is vastly unique and different for each individual. I am creative and experienced in a variety of areas and techniques such as spirituality, exposure therapy, mindfulness, stress reduction, guided meditation and other various relaxation tools.
