I specialize in helping people with intense emotions and high levels of stress to feel less overwhelmed and more balanced. I also have extensive experience helping people who have an anxious attachment style or feelings of insecurity, to better understand themselves and feel more confident and secure in their relationships. During sessions I will be active and engaged, warm, friendly and relatable. As a therapist I want to partner with you and work together to give you a nonjudgmental space to process your feelings AND teach you scientifically proven techniques to create lasting change in your life.
