About Us

As a certified Emotionally Focused (EFT) therapist for individuals, couples and families. I provide a safe, nurturing space so that clients can look within and process, let go, heal and grow in life changing ways. I focus on individual struggles with anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem, trauma resolution; marriage and family issues, including conflict between partners and parents and children; personal and spiritual growth including meditation and breath work. I help clients resolve shame so they break negative cycles and live out of a deeper, truer inner awareness. , My work is informed by my background as a therapist, spiritual contemplative, yoga teacher, Nutrition educator and meditation teacher. I invite clients to look at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects that contribute to our healing and growth. I am a certified EMDR and Emotionally Focused therapist for couples, individuals and families. , Besides being a Clinical Social Worker, I am also an ordained Presbyterian Pastor, a Spiritual Director, a Registered Yoga teacher, Advanced Reiki practitioner and Certified Nutrition Coach/Health Educator. I am committed to serving all clients regardless of need or perspective.
