You are the expert! I will provide a safe space for individuals to heal in a non-judgmental way. I believe in the mind-body connection, practicing with a holistic approach to help get individuals to a healthier self. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist , EMDR therapist , Hypnotherapist, Certified Trauma Professional and Certified Sound Therapy Facilitator . I incorporate in my practice holistic services such as : Reiki, Sound bath, Meditation and Mindfulness. I have enjoyed working with clients doing individual, couples and family sessions in both English and Spanish. Hablo Espanol! I specialize in trauma, and have extensive training in TIR, an evidenced-based model for resolving trauma and EMDR training . , Certified Mental Health First Aid & Youth MHFA. I am also trained in Trauma focused CBT (TF-CBT). I am experienced in Mindfulness & Breath work and Energy Healing.I am a certified Trauma Incident Reduction Facilitator and Trainer. I also have experience working with diverse populations: Human Trafficking, Veterans and any victim of trauma
