Collaboratively, we will set treatment goals and a treatment plan. Whether you are coming to treat mood, stress, or personality, or to learn how to deal with life’s difficult transitions, I will tailor the treatment plan to match your personality and goals. , I draw from several empirically supported treatments to help my client. Together, we’ll identify faulty thoughts and understand your roadblocks. We’ll create a plan of action for change. You’ll learn to accept your circumstances that can’t be changed. And if you’re questioning purpose, we’ll explore your existential questions together. , I am licensed psychologist and have provided individual, couples, and group therapy as well as assessment in hospital and private practice settings.
