As a Trauma Therapist and Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CBT), I specialize in Brainspotting (BSP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Hypnosis, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). , BSP and ART are methods that use eye position and eye movement as an effective means to process and clear trauma, as well as issues that have been problematic. Hypnosis uses memory reconsolidation to rewrite events.
