I offer both individual and group therapy to collaborate with clients to reach their goals. I also provide psychological assessments for students and adults to better understand the impact of their mental health on their academic, relational, and occupational life. ", I strive to help my clients with a variety of concerns, particularly grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship stressors, substance misuse, and managing ADHD across the lifespan.
