I specialize in working with adult clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma/PTSD. I offer a warm, collaborative, and gently challenging therapeutic relationship in which my clients can find relief from their symptoms, get to know themselves at a deeper level, and relate to others more openly. , I approach therapy by focusing mainly on emotions and relationships. I help my clients identify and express their thoughts and feelings, explore the ways in which they may avoid difficult issues, identify recurring patterns/themes that repeat throughout their lives, gain greater control over their reactions, and live more in line with their values/goals. , We are deeply relational beings, and when life gets hard, we all need others to help us through. I hope to offer you some assistance on your journey, and to help you become the kind of person that you want yourself to be.
