Seeking therapy can be a difficult, nerve-racking experience. I’m glad you’ve made it this far! Painful or traumatic experiences might be causing so much agony that it’s impossible to feel present in your life. I create a welcoming environment for clients to feel heard, understood, and validated. My clients have described me as warm and easy to talk to. Using CBT, ACT, and Emotion Focused therapy, we work together to learn to manage down days, calm anxious minds, heal past pain, and gain new insights. , It is important to me that clients of all identities and from all cultural backgrounds feel safe, accepted, and celebrated in my practice. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a research-informed treatment plan that addresses their specific goals. I currently work in private practice on evenings and Saturdays.
