About Us

I have been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for 25 years. I have worked with people who experience trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, personality disorders, to name just a few. I work with adolescents and adults. I provide individual, marriage/pre-marital, family and group counseling. Therefore, I believe that I can offer a broad range of counseling training and experience. , I treat the individual holistically, integrating the mind/body/spirit through cognitive-behavioral techniques, with a relational focus. The goal is through greater self-awareness, in a supportive environment, one can make new choices. This can allow an individual to reprogram old beliefs from the past and create new healthier messages in the present , I strongly believe that change can only occur in an environment that fosters trust and safety. Through a strong professional relationship, this can allow one to feel a greater sense of security, thereby allowing one to face situations/events that they may have not been able to outside the therapy environment
