About Us

No two people are alike and as a result, each intervention style and identified objectives will be individualized to your specific needs and presentations. I use the intake sessions to get to know you, and in turn allow you to get to know me. At the beginning, I will ask you about what has brought you in to therapy, what you are hoping to gain from therapy, where you are in your life and what has led to this moment in your life. These questions help lay the foundation to the treatment plan. I use an integrative approach, based on what has founded in research, to work collaboratively with you to create your goals and a plan. , I have previous experience working with individuals who experience symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, medical non-adherence, pain management as well as many others. I also have experience in conducting psychological evaluations for children/adolescents to determine appropriate diagnoses and recommendations. , Finding help and taking the first step can always be difficult and feel scary.
