I have worked in crisis centers, residential treatment facilities, and have been seeing clients privately for over five years. I pride myself in not judging others and listen to them were they are. I help clients figure out there own way to reach their goals because if they do not believe a change is possible or needed it is impossible to accomplish. , I offer a non judgmental perspective that helps clients gain insight needed to change. I use this approach along with CBT techniques to provide coping strategies to deal with what ever life has to offer. , I have a full time career as an administer for mental health department and choose to see clients in order to stay connected to the reasons I choose to become a therapist.
