About Us

Hello everyone, I recently made the move from Texas to Florida and had to say a "physical" good-bye to all my wonderful clients. I continue to work with them via telehealth and recently obtained my provisional license in Florida so I can begin working with clients there as well. We have all been through so much over the past few years: COVID, school and business closings, etc. Today, post COVID, we are now dealing with high inflation: high gas, and soaring grocery prices, unaffordable housing, escalating crime...scary times. It can seem overwhelming at times but please remember "this too shall pass." , Sometimes we all need to just share our honest thoughts and feelings without being judged. We want to be heard, validated, and supported. My job is not to give you advice or tell you what to do. Rather, you and I will work together and the focus will be on change, utilizing your inner strengths and resiliency skills to overcome and resolve presenting issues. , We are all on life\s journey and I would be honored to join you on your path to a better place. My life motto is "Don\t sweat the small stuff". Work on things in your life that you can change, let the rest go. Follow your passion. Stay present in your life...enjoy your life in the moment.
