About Us

I became a therapist with the goal of helping my clients self actualize in order to lead healthier, serene and joy filled lives. My goal is not to keep you in therapy forever but instead give you the tools you need to be able to feel at peace and in love with your best life. I believe the relationship we have with ourselves and the filter we view the world through are key components that determine our happiness and satisfaction with ourselves, our lives. Once healing begins, the inevitable development of self worth and self esteem allows us to self actualize, feel at peace and live our lives to the fullest. , " I have extensive training in Substance Use Disorders (SUDS) and I work to uncover the causes and conditions of the disorder and its attendant issues. I work with individuals focusing on family of origin issues and therefore, well versed in attachment disorders. I work with clients that are struggling in relationship, transition and spiritual issues. ", I believe that we all have the potential to live our best lives but that often our past history and resulting unconscious and unhealthy maladaptive coping mechanisms are our biggest barriers to self actualizing.
