Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression or self-doubt? Are you going through a stressful transition time such as a breakup, job loss or death of a loved one? My passion is helping clients thrive by finding peace, confidence, happiness and developing coping skills for when life gets tough. While therapy is powerful, having a strong therapeutic rapport is essential. As a therapist, I strive to create a non-judgmental, nurturing space and to be someone you can trust and feel comfortable sharing with. , My practice incorporates evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy with a person-centric and holistic approach to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. The foundation of my approach is non-judgmental, empathic, compassionate and solution focused. Together we will work to help you develop coping strategies and believe in yourself. , Starting therapy can be overwhelming.
